  • CrossFit

    Improve your lifestyle, health, self-esteem, energy level, social life, physique, and physical abilities with CrossFit! With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit teaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a challenging, accepting and encouraging environment. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it perfect for any committed individual regardless of experience or level.

  • Yoga

    Our yoga classes connect movement and breath, focus on correct alignment, build flexibility and strength, and help members find a sense of space within the asana. This is facilitated by exacting cues and the use of props. Our teacher is not only a Yoga instructor, but also a gymnast, which means she knows how to directly relate yoga to what we do in CrossFit.

  • Dungeon Barbell Club

    Dungeon Barbell Club classes are Olympic weightlifting focused. Adapted to work with CrossFit classes or as a stand-alone program, our Barbell Club is ideal for athletes looking to improve their technique and develop explosive power – two must-have aspects of the snatch and the clean & jerk. To join DBBC, you must also register with the Australian Weightlifting Federation (AWF), as we are a registered club of the Federation.

  • CrossFit with Childcare

    Similar to our mainstream Crossfit classes, these sessions are specifically for parents with new or very young children. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it perfect for any committed individual regardless of experience or level. Having a child of our own, we know the difficulties associated with finding the time to workout and feel good again. This class works with you and other like minded individuals to get results and feel good, all while you can see your little ones close by!

  • Fundamentals

    Every new CrossFitter is required to complete our 3-session, 1-week Fundamentals course before joining regular CrossFit classes. In our Fundamentals course, you’ll learn all the basics of CrossFit, the terminology you’ll hear in classes, and get prepared for the intensity of the WODs – setting you up for success in your CrossFit journey.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Dungeon offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
