Getting Started is Easy


Your journey starts with a conversation — not a workout.
Whether you’re brand new to training or just new to us, the first step is a free consultation. We’ll give you a quick tour of the gym, get to know you, and chat about your goals, lifestyle, and any questions you might have, like:
Do I need to be fit to start?
What kind of results can I expect?
How often should I train?
What program or membership suits me best?
From there, we’ll walk you through the next step: our Foundations Course, designed to set you up for success in our classes.
What Happens After the Consultation?
Once we've got a good understanding of your goals and experience level, you'll begin our Foundations Course, either in a small group setting or 1:1 with a coach.
During this course, you’ll:
- Learn the key movements we use in our classes.
- Build confidence with coaching and support.
- Develop a solid fitness foundation — no matter your starting point.
When you’re ready, you’ll smoothly transition into our ongoing classes, already familiar with the space, the movements, and your coaches.

No Experience Needed
There are no prerequisites to get started. If it’s your first time in a gym — that’s perfect. If you’re already active — awesome. We’ll meet you where you're at and guide you every step of the way.
