HOLD POLICY
Clients may Pause their membership for a period no less than twenty-eight (28) days (or 4 weeks). All payments drawn prior to the requested hold will not be refunded. Clients will be billed a weekly fee for the duration of the suspension, and billing will resume automatically upon end of the hold period. If a client chooses to cancel membership during the hold period, the clients’ membership will revert to the full membership price for the 28days cancellation period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All recurring memberships require a minimum of 28 days written notice prior to the next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged.
